Biological Clock
Since Monday this week, I’ve been waking up at 6:20 on the dot every morning for no apparent reason. I usually don’t wake up until 7:15 when my alarm goes off. Some Googling told me this was the fault of my bio clock… if so, that little guy and I are not friends right now.
I’m gonna need some ideas for getting Mr. Bio Clock back to normal because I cannot be getting up this early on the weekend too! Time for some serious Googling. And if it doesn’t work, maybe I’ll start trying to take advantage on the weekdays and hitting the gym early.
Anyway, breakfast this morning was another winning batch of chocolatey overnight oats. I think this may be on its way to becoming my new favorite breakfast! It got me off to a good start despite my waking up at an unnecessarily early hour. The huge dollop of sunflower seed butter was perfect!
